right now , this is 2020 ( Corona era => people stay at home watch movie and stuff )
WHICH ONE IS THE BEST now between xy-SubFilter and VSFilter ??
i am using Win 10 Pro x64, Codec 15.6.1, madVR 0.92.17

You should use neither. You should use the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC.

Yes, internal works great with all types of videos and subtitles.
