Different xy-VSFilter and VSFilter
Admin please help
I am A HARDCORE ANIME LOVER
and i have some question to be answered :
1. What the difference between xy-VSFilter and VSFilter ??
and WHICH ONE IS THE BEST ??
also how to use xy-VSFilter , i can't find it in first installation k-lite
because in Changelog 10.9.5 to 11.0.0 ~ 2015-02-18
Added choice between regular VSFilter (more stable) and xy-VSFilter (faster)
2. I AM BIT CONFUSED about AUDIO RENDERER. SHOULD i use INTERNAL AUDIO RENDERER or SYSTEM DEFAULT or speaker ??
Please answer completely
Thanks.

Re: Different xy-VSFilter and VSFilter
xy-VSFilter has been removed because it caused crashes. It doesn't give better quality and I don't recommend using it. It had a bit better performance, but only in very specific cases. So unless you actually have any performance issues, there is no reason to use it.
System default uses the default audio device that is selected in the Windows control panel. That usually is the same as Speakers. I recommend to use system default.

Re: Different xy-VSFilter and VSFilter
The latest VSFilter is included with the pack. It is made by the same people as MPC-HC.
xySubfilter is not included because it has some bugs and it has little benefit compared to the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC. But it may get included in the future.
Are you actually having any problems with performance or subtitles that are not being displayed correctly? I am asking because some people just blindly recommend xySubfilter without knowing much details about it.

Re: Different xy-VSFilter and VSFilter
xySubfilter is similar to the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC, which is used by default by the pack.
