Why Klite doesn't remeber my installation settings?

There is also a change with subtitle rederer. When you install klite with Ninite the subtitle renderer is I think DirectVobSub not MPC-HC default but this is solved when you for video renderer set EVR Custom Presenter

The internal subtitle renderer only works with specific renderers (such as EVR-CP).

The codec pack automatically defaults to using the most suitable renderer, based on Windows version, hardware, and settings chosen. So there is no need for Ninite to override it.

I hope that they will fix that. I install klite on differen pc but the default video renderer is always EVR-CP(on pc with /8/8.1) When will a new version of klite out?

There might be a new version in the coming week. Until then you can just manually adjust the hardware acceleration settings.
