I use AnyDVD HD and Handbrake. Unfortunately, AnyDVD has gotten quite expensive--I purchased it before the price hike--while Handbrake is free. AnyDVD has never failed to decrypt properly for me, though. I used to use a variety of tools prior to using Handbrake, which I like for its relative simplicity and good options.
