1) Disable DirectVobSub (with Codec tweak Tool)
2) Use ffdshow for decoding the video
3) Enable subtitles in ffdshow, with the placement option "stereoscopic" enabled.
4) When using MPC, you also need to disable its internal subtitles. options->playback->auto-load subtitles
