HideWindowedControls option missing in advanced option tab

Hello,

I am using K-Lite Codec Pack with MPC since forever now and always loved the option to hide the control window if I play media in windowed mode on my second screen.
I recently did a fresh install of windows and after reinstalling the newest version of the Codec Pack with MPC I realized the option for HideWindowedControls is missing in the advanced option tab.
Am I missing something? Overlooking the option to do so maybe?
Last Version I had was K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1780 which still has this option.
I am Missing the option in the newest version K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1875 or is it somewhere else now and I simply can't find it?

For now I switched back to an older Version but would like to have the new one installed.

options > playback > fullscreen

I tried this now and it does not work when in windowed Mode. Only in Fullscreen. I do not see an option regarding Controls in windowed mode. Am I missing something?

options > player > user interface
