My Video is feezing like this!

Try downloading the VP9 format from Youtube instead, or a lower resolution video.

Hm, but this video early was,  played good at the same my pC!

and i try windows default player and also almost playing this video good....

my video card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 630
and gybrid desret is Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics nd model of my laptop is Dell 9575 and this video is too hard for my PC?

AV1 video format requires more CPU usage than other formats such as VP9 or H264.

сan you reccomend me the software to convert this video with the same size of video to convert it? which properies i nee to set to cionvert this video almost the same size mb ?

Handbrake is a good free converter.

But since this file was downloaded from Youtube, you could also just download it in a different format.
