Bug Report - Media Player Classic 2.3.6 doesn't show subtitle delay time when in Full Screen mode

After updating to MPC 2.3.6, when I use F1 and F2 keys to increase or decrease the extent of subtitle delay, the delay time doesn't show up in the upper left corner, in the Full Screen mode (it supposed to be shown there as routine behavior in previous versions). The delay time is shown correctly in windowed screen, but not in Full Screen.

Had to downgrade back to the older MPC version 2.3.2 that used to have zero bugs because it seems that the new version 2.3.6 might be too buggy (found 2 bugs in 5 minutes, reported both).

Previous version was 2.3.2 (605081abb) - using K-Lite Mega
New version is 2.3.6 (98f0f2ec2) - using K-Lite Mega

Downgraded back to 2.3.2 (605081abb) - using K-Lite Mega

Windows 10

Use latest 18.6.4 update.
