Can't login to my opensubtitles.com on MPC-HC anymore

I would be very grateful for some help.

As of today, I can't find and download subtitles from opensubtitles.com via MPC-HC.

When I opened the MPC-HC "Option/Misc" menu, I noticed that my username was not displayed next to the opensubtitles.com provider field.

When I tried to set up my credentials for my opensubtitles.com account, the "Windows security" window popped up and I have entered my credentials but NOTHING happened.

I attempted to use a different opensubtitles.com account, restarted my PC, uninstalled the K-Lite Codec Pack and reinstalled the latest version (18.6.3 Standard, MPC-HC version: 2.3.6.24), but the issue persists! my username still does not appear next to the opensubtitles.com provider in the "Options/Misc" menu and I can't see any subtitle result from opensubtitles.com.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Works for me.

Make sure to use account for opensubtitles.COM and not old account from opensubtitles.ORG

It is also possible their server is just busy or offline temporarily.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I attempted to log in using my OpenSubtitles.com account details several times before and after posting my message.
However, nothing happened (even no error messages appeared).

After about a day and three more attempts, I was finally able to log in, and everything is now functioning normally.
I assume the issue was due to server unavailability or high traffic, as you suggested.

Yes, there were some issues with their server.

In latest update of MPC-HC it will show message in case of server errors.
