madvr with AMD 24.9.1 issues Empty madvr with AMD 24.9.1 issues

AMD 24.9.1 with madvr is causing few problems like freezing and closing MPC-HC when trying to play next or previous file and when closing mpc with ''x'' two cases of a weird messages. 1) something about 15 seconds and 2) something about error in system32/ driver policy...
Tested on Win11 23H2 & 24H2 witn 24.7.1 everything ok.
On Win 10 22H2 with 24.8.1 also works fine.

I can't fix bugs in graphics drivers or Madvr Sad
