Suggestion for FPS Upscaling Implementation in MPC

Hello,

I have noticed that the default video renderer in MPC now supports NVIDIA’s RTX super resolution for resolution and HDR upscaling. However, FPS upscaling is still not available. I would like to suggest that this functionality be included in future versions, as I have a monitor that supports up to 240 FPS.

I greatly appreciate your work and hope you consider this suggestion.

He notado que en el renderizador de vídeo por defecto de MPC ya está disponible la súper resolución RTX de NVIDIA para el escalado de la resolución y el HDR. Sin embargo, el escalado de FPS aún no está disponible. Me gustaría sugerir que en futuras versiones se incluya esta funcionalidad, ya que tengo un monitor que soporta hasta 240 FPS.
