Black screen when I played audio

When I started Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and tried played any video file in MPC-HC (codec mega 1850) I get black screen but audio played normally. Then when I entered to settigs grapchs card and apply saved settings vieo played normal till next start Windows. Whats going on? I have screenshots settings graphics software and hardware and System Informatin Windows. If You interested in this screenshots You may contact with me to e-mail: piotrkast@interia.pl.

By the way: this graphic card is : Radeon HD 8490 Dell.

I do not know what is wrong. I can not help with bugs in graphics driver.

This is solution for this problem, for this which may occur in future:
1) Set in Catalyst Control Center parameters video (in which you see the best video picture) as a preset.
2) When you save preset in Catalyst Control Center, this program creates in Menu Start link, which coresponds with saved preset.
3) Find this preset and run this link once. Done! After this each new start Windows shows video file with video and sound!

If you afraid that this might happen again - move this link to Startup of the Menu Start. In this case when you start the Windows, automatically you start this link!

And this is the end of this solution. I don't know why this working, but it working like charm.

Can't you just change the default settings that it uses?
