K-Lite Suggestion

I would like to suggest adding the YT-DLP as a "plugin" to the K-Lite codec pack for MPC-HC. It can be thought of as a useful add-in to MPC-HC to allow watching online videos. The program is updated reasonably often, so it would make sense to include it in K-Lite to easily keep it up to date.

I do understand that the executable is pretty huge, and would increase the installer size too much probably, but it can also be reliably downloaded from the github releases, so perhaps it could be supported as an online installer.
