How do I reset madvr to default settings in 2024?

Someone may suggest that I uninstall and reinstall k-lite codec pack, but I'd prefer a more thorough solution.  I don't think reinstalling k-lite codec pack resets madvr to default settings.

Basically, anytime I have madvr set as my playback/output, the video will eventually freeze. I'm pretty sure I know why. I changed a lot of settings in madvr, but now I don't remember which ones I changed, and there's no way to reset the default settings.  Uninstalling and reinstalling k-lite codec pack doesn't fix the issue. If I set my playback/output to Enhanced Video Renderer, the videos never freeze.

You can reset settings with the Codec Tweak Tool.

Do not use D3D11 hardware decoding in LAV Video Decoder when using Madvr. Use DXVA2 copyback instead.
