i cant play my wedding video, this is the detail from media player :

What information does the MediaInfo tool show for it?

That seems to indicate that the file might be damaged.

Try if remuxing the file to .mkv with MkvToolNix works.

the file itself isnt recognized by MkvToolNix

That is bad news.

I don't know if any part of the damaged file is recoverable. I can not help you with that.
