What you don't hear enough is Thanks ...

- after you read complaints and
- after you answer the questions
- after you point to solutions

Thanks for all the help you give to all of 'us'. And for answering the Tons of questions i see in Support and Feedback and General Discussion.
Without ever starting with "Dear Bozo".

I'm not saying I'm better. I'm not claiming I've gained freedom from attacks of Bozo-ness.
I'll probably be back in August, growling about nothing much and barking at kittens.
