How to increase MPC-HC cache size?
Hi
When I play videos from my external hard drive, the video may freeze. I don't have this problem with other storage media.
I suspect that it's the external HDD that goes into standby or stops all read/write operations for x seconds, thus preventing the video player from accessing the rest of the video.
Is there a way in the MPC-HD video player to increase the size of the video cache? I imagine that a small part of the video is stored in RAM and increasing it could solve this problem, but I don't know if it's possible?
A big thanks.

Options > Internal Filters > Splitter > Queue settings
Increase those values makes it buffer more data.
Note that this does not have effect on seeking. When seeking the buffer is cleared and it reads data fresh.
