RTX HDR problem after 18.3.0

18.3.0 was last version where rtx hdr work good (colors are natural)
after this version the colors in some video files are oversaturated, and there is no way to fix this (only by disabling rtx hdr)

I don't have RTX compatible GPU.

Did you perhaps also update the NVIDIA driver? If so, it could be a driver bug. Make sure that you have rebooted at least once, in case you normally use sleep mode.

Does 18.3.0 still work ok if you install it right now?

yes last nvidia drivers version,yes 18.3.0 give normal colours

installing this version of mpc video renderer on 18.3.5 give right colors
so the problem is the video renderer

Then bug started after that renderer version.
