mpc-hc playing .ts file stutter when skip forward & back

hi there, i'm facing some issue with mpc-hc with .ts files, when i play a movie in .ts format, when i press my arrow key on my keyboard to fast forward the intro, the video will be laggy for a few second then back to normal play back, do anyone facing this issue before or have any idea to solve it? same issue happen to vlc player too.

The MPEG-TS container format does not have a seek index, so seeking will be slower than with other formats.

If you want better performance, remux the file into .mkv file with MkvToolNix.
