K-Lite Codec Pack 18.3.2 Beta - Name & Time display problems

For K-Lite Codec Pack 18.3.2 Beta, sometimes the file name doesn't appear on startup. And sometimes the keyboard keys for 'OSD: Show File Name' and OSD: Display Current Time' don't work. When I reverted back to 18.3.0, problem solved.

Mention which renderer you are using. And which version of Windows.

18.3.3 seems to have fixed the problem. But if I use keyboard key for 'OSD: Display Current Time', the time will be displayed even if I open a new video. Is this by design?

I am using Windows 10 and Enhanced Video Renderer (custom presenter). I don't use other renderers as this is only one without problems on my laptop.

Options > Player > user interface > display current time

The setting is remembered.
