show OSD in audio(video less) playing at MPC-HC please

I use included MPC-HC for default player.
Not only videos but also audios.

I like speed control by Ctrl + up/down arrow.

Displaying statistical information in a limited area of the screen is narrow,
so please show OSD in audio(video less) playing at MPC-HC.

OSD functionality depends on video renderer. This will not be changed.
