Nvidia RTX Video HDR
If you have a RTX 3000 or higher card, you can use Nvidia's new video SDR to HDR conversion. The setting for it in the Nvidia control panel is in the same place as the RTX super resolution option. (Adjust video image)
The MPC video renderer doesn't support it yet officially. But you can get it working now by downloading this forked version linked below. Just replace the "MpcVideoRenderer64.ax" file in the install directory with the new one. Keep the original .ax file in case there's an issue. You can ignore the other files.

It's not magic. So a lot of SDR content won't look right converted. But my favorite use case so far is enhancing my live concert bluray rips.

It is still a work in progress and not ready for stable use yet. It will be soon and then get merged into official build.
