Suggestions for MPC: Key for DAR, Filename in bar, new type of Stay On Top, Next = First

1st suggestion is to add a possibility to define one's own key for Aspect Ratio Default (DAR), i.e. a key to reset the aspect ratio to default.

2nd suggestion is to display the filename in the bar, e.g. seek bar or near the control buttons or in the status bar. Preferable scrollable left and right if the filename is very long.



3rd suggestion is to add a "Stay on top" feature like in Zoom Player, i.e. window stays on top if it's not fullscreen. However, if it's fullscreen one can still switch to other windows via alt-tab.

4th suggestion is that choosing "Next file" when playing last file in a folder jumps to the first file of the folder.

1) If you use Pan&Scan functionality to adjust AR, then you can reset with Numpad5.

2) There is option to show filename in titlebar. OSD also shows filename when starting file. Putting it elsewhere is NEVER going to happen. That is just ugly.

3) It already has such ability. Menu > View > on top

4) It already has such ability. Options > Advanced > LoopFolderOnPlayNextFile

That is not the same as simply an option to specify a key to reset AR.

But it could be done as an option.

No, I am talking about an ability like ZoomPlayer has: The window is on top when not fullscreen = the player stays on top of other windows. But when the player is fullscreen then alt-tab can switch to another window.
