file works normally in movies & tv app but not in MPC-HC

I have K-Lite Codec Pack Mega installed and updated been using it for years and it works with everything except with this file

Does it give an error?

If it freezes at the start, try this:
Options > Internal Filters > Splitter > Queue Settings
Significantly increase the memory and packet queue sizes. Something like 2048MB and 50000 packets.
This can help fix issues with badly muxed files.

If that does not help, then I need a link to this file. Then I can test what is wrong.
