Proper Codec for Libreoffice 7.6 on an HP lapton running Windows 11
I cannot get any media to work properly with Libreoffice. The best I can do is a frozen screen with sound working properly. Any ideas???

You can test playback with the GraphStudioNext tool that is included with K-Lite Mega. If a file plays correctly in that tool, then it should work in any DirectShow application.
In the K-Lite installer, on the "Additional Tasks and Options" page, there is an option to change system default video renderer from VMR7 to VMR9. That might help for your situation.
