MPC-HC error when Double-click the "AviSynth Filter" line

I'm trying to use Svp4pro, and got this error.
I'm using K-Lite_Codec_Pack_1783_Full now with MPC-HC player.
This is the first time I got this after reinstall my Win10 OS.
Before that it works perfect.

Remove ffdshow and install Avisynth filter:
