Frame blending Empty Frame blending

Im looking for an easy way to blend frames or add blended frames between frames.
Is there a shader, filter or renderer that does this? Im a bit off a noob in this media player.

The madvr renderer has a "smooth motion" frame blending option.

For frame interpolation you need to buy third party products such as SVP, which I do not recommend, as it doesn't improve video quality.
