Flickering bug in the latest version 17.6.4 (June 3rd 2023)

Hello there!  

First of all wanna said thanks to all who's working on this amazing project. The simplicity, ease of use and even design - everything is magnificent. You guys rock!

The problem I faced is related to the latest beta version and recent update 17.6.4 of June 3rd 2023. I'm using Standard pack.

When I open any video (especially in the full screen mode) and point a mouse over the MPC control panel - the screen of the video is flickering. Also it feels like MPC is kinda slower than usual.

Just downgraded to the previous version of May 14th 2023 - everything works fine!

So, not sure what it is, just wanted to share a feedback. Thanks again and keep up the good work... But I'll stay on the previous version for a while!  

I am not having any issues at all, and there have been very little changes.

Does it also happen if you disable the video preview on seekbar?

Did you perhaps recently update your NVIDIA driver? Driver 535.98 has a bug with random flickering on G-Sync monitors.

Knowing such Nvidia issues, I'm using 472.84 drivers so far (June, 2022), and everything works perfectly well.

Maybe 17.6.4 update some how affects outdated drivers?

Hmm... I mean, it's been years since I'm using MPC, and such issue came up just now.

Just updated again and rebooted PC just in case. Same story. Not sure how to disable video preview...

I can reproduce now with EVR-CP as renderer. It should work better if you select MPC Video Renderer.

Will try to fix it.
