Options > Player > Keys

There you can change mouse bindings for "Next" and "Next File". Use X2 buttons if your mouse has buttons on the side.

There is a new problem: using the X2 button at the default video size does play the next file, but when playing full screen it still only plays the next chapter. Why does this happen?

There are two columns in the settings. One for windowed and one for fullscreen mouse actions.
