Media Player Classic does not start despite reinstallation. Only start if eneble auto Ran as administrator!

Are you perhaps using CCleaner? That has a feature that can put apps into sleep mode. That can prevent MPC from loading correctly.

Otherwise, maybe your antivirus is blocking it.

I try to reproduce the problem. But MPC-HC does not show up for me in performance optimizer tab of CCleaner. Are you using latest version of CCleaner?
