KLCP 1750 shows rotated video and 1745 doesn't

Just found out that installing pack version 1750 and playing vertical iphone videos rotate them 90 degrees  and all previous codec pack versions are not. This happens with MPC Video render. Madvr shows vertical videos w/o rotation.
Downgrade to pack version 1745 or early one doesn't have such problem with MPC video render.

I also noticed that once I rotate video with 'Alt+Numpad 3' and reset back with 'Numpad 5' video is no longer rotated

My laptop has Intel Iris Xe Graphics 31.0.101.3959 driver version.

Your file is correctly rotated here.

Press Ctrl+J to show the debug OSD of MPC Video Renderer and make a screenshot for me.

Look in: Player Menu > Play > Filters
It should be using "LAV Splitter Source (Internal)

Also test with Enhanced Video Renderer Custom Presenter, just to verify that problem only happens for you with MPCVR.

If you have enabled SuperRes option in MPCVR, then try with that disabled.

With Enhanced Video Renderer Custom Presenter there is no issue, works the way it should.
All settings are default settings, using "LAV Splitter Source (Internal)", superres disabled.

Quick update. I installed the latest version 1750 back but replaced MpcVideoRenderer.ax and MpcVideoRenderer64.ax with older version 1745. Have no issues. So, it is definitely something wrong with MPC VR 0.6.6.2005 here.

Did you mean that after reset, the rotation is correct as how it should be?
Also, did the manual rotation do 90 degrees turn, or was the result 90 plus the original (missing) 90 degree turn?

This is a video without HLG color. Might help narrow down where the bug is in the renderer.

So, I tried your sample and it still rotated


At this point if I just reset the position using Numpad+5 nothing happens. In order for MPC to show the video in a normal way I need to rotate it first using Alt+Numpad+1 and result is:


then I press Numpad+5 and MPC shows this video the way it should be.
