Hello. I upgraded to 17.4.9 using the beta installer, and vertical videos recorded with my phone (1080x1920) would play 90º rotated counter-clockwise, though keeping the vertical aspect ratio (meaning you must turn your head 90 degrees to the left, and the video looks super-stretched wide).

Downgrading to 17.4.5 solved the problem.
