17.4.8: Cannot load SRT file

With the current latest version 17.4.8, I could not use/open a Subtitle file (srt). Everytime I press the Ctl+L shortcut, a warning tab opens up asking to change the renderrer DirectShow video option so I could use/open a subtitle.

Currently my option is madVR. I tried changing different options to no avail. Regardless, madVR is the only 1 I prefer.

I haven't had such problem upto the previous version 17.4.5. Please someone fix the bug on the above soon. Thanks.

FYI, I have downgraded to version 17.4.5 until you guys could fix it. And please kindly inform us in the Changelog that you have fixed the issue in your next update.
