App Freeze When Click on List 'File'

Hello Admin,
I have been using 'K-Lite Codec Pack' for 13 years, but in the last period it has become almost 4 years. When I go to the File menu, the application stops and takes a minute, then it opens the File menu.
Please process it.

Note:
My computer specs are high

You might be using an old version, because this problem was fixed long ago. So updating should solve it.

Otherwise:
Options > Player > Disable Open Disc Menu
