subtitles renderer DirectVobSub64 crash detected!

hello, i keep getting this error message:
An error has occured. mpc-hc will close now.

exception:
ACCESS VIOLATION

Crashing module:

i tried mpc-hc (x86) and it worked fine, i also tried this version xy-VSFilter_3.0.0.306_x64.zip and it worked fine also.

I recommend using the internal subtitle renderer of MPC-HC.
Options > playback > Output

"internal subtitle renderer"," xySubFilter" and "AssFilter" they all use a higher percentage of my GPU's 3d engine, and i'm using as a video output "Enhanced Video Renderer" wish limits the subs renderer to VSFilter.
EVR (costume presenter) also seems to be using more GPU then EVR, and if you're wondering why i care about that it's because i have a weak gpu and i don't like the fan's noise.
