Disable Controls in MPC-HC for Device Playing mode (TV) only

If the mpc-hc is running in TV mode "view" should be a seperate configuration so you can disable the controls and infos that are needed only for playing videos, and if you use the mpc-hc in video mode back again, the controls should reappear.

Also, the windows size should be fixed not altering when changing the canal.

You can keep constant window size by:
Enabling remember window size option, and disabling auto-zoom option.

You can hide controls by pressing 1 and restore them by pressing 3.

No new options will be added.

Ok, found it. But with the Autozoom configuration I have the problem again, that it makes sense to have no Autozoom in TV-Mode and needed in video player mode. You really should think about disabling most functions in TV mode. Also, the remember Windows size works only for videos and not for the TV window. The TV-Player will always start small.

There will not be any changes for TV mode. I don't have DVB hardware and I don't care much about that functionality.
