MKV subtitles slow down video

Good afternoon, (sorry if my English is not understandable, I'm using a translator.)
I have a problem with .MKV subtitles
It turns out that the subtitles are animated and when watching the video they slow down the image.
Is it possible that there is some extra configuration to be able to solve this?
I currently have the K-lite media codec pack "FULL" installed.

Already tried to use the VLC, GOMplayer and 5kplayer players, in all these programs the video playback and its subtitles are fluid without any problem.

Media Player Classic options > Subtitles

Settings that can help improve performance:
- Lower maximum texture resolution
- Increase sub picture buffer to 10
- Animate at 50% of video frame rate
