error only plays audio

Hello, I would be needing help,
I use an editing software called davinci,
and there I edit videos in 4k, however there are times when importing videos in this app, they are displayed as if they were only an audio track. I would not know what the problem is, if someone could help me I would be eternally grateful

Try installing the HEVC codec from here:
http://codecguide.com/media_foundation_codecs.htm

Otherwise you need to ask DaVinci creators for help.
