How much better MADVR than MPCVR in quality?

What's the differencies of their processing?

It all depends on which settings you use in madvr. It does not magically give a lot better quality. It requires highend hardware and a lot of time to configure. I can not help you with that.

My advice is to keep using MPCVR.
