CCTV playback .264 files Empty CCTV playback .264 files

I have a CCTV syatem, Jennov, and it saves the files as .264 vidoe files, hov=wever, since I installed KLite, the playback is just a block of vertical colours?

Not sure what to do as I cannot see any playback.

These Chinese cameras use a modified video file format. You need to use their software to play them.

yes I know, I was aware of that, but I could not understand why kilte change it in the first place, anyway sorted now, just reverted the danage.
