If a video track contains "off" or "Off" at the end, it will not be displayed when playing the video. That is, in the video track selection menu, it will appear that it is disabled. But if you replace O with the number 0, then it will be enabled and displayed.

For example, take MKVToolNix. Any small video file. Launch GUI tools, add video file there. Select a video track. In the properties "track name" enter off or Test off . Click make a file. Run the converted file in the player. Right click and view the video track. It will be disabled. Although the flag is included in the video file. And in the properties of the video in the player will be indicated <V .... off > that the track is there and it is not disabled.
