Windows Explorer does not show thumbnails for DivX 5 videos with .divx filename extension

Thumbnails works perfectly for other video types / file formats.
For DivX5 videos, the thumbnails can also be generated correctly in Windows Explorer if the filename extension is changed to for example .avi or .mp4.
Registry keys seem to be correct:

Those reg keys are correct. It works fine here.

I can only suggest to clear the thumbnail cache with cleanmgr.exe tool from Windows.
