Feature idea: cast to device

If I'm understanding right, Codec Guide has a direct hand in developing MPC-HC.  I've never found a working media server for Windows (including built-in network media sharing).  I can sometimes see library names and categories but never the actual files shared within them.  PLEX, Kodi, many DLNA servers - I've tried them all.  My only functional solution for streaming video to other devices are "cast to device" features in some Chrome-based browsers and Windows Media Player.  It would be great if MPC-HC could somehow offer the same capability.  Ideally it would available as both a right-click menu option for selected files and within the program's UI for casting playlists.  Thanks for considering.
