can not render mp4

I installed mega today on my window 11 and I tried to render using mpc and madvr but both does not play or render mp4 files. Windows default player can play it normally . any advise ?

What error message do you get in MPC?

Or do you get empty black video? In that case press Ctrl+J to show renderer debug overlay and make a screenshot.

Updating the graphics driver could fix it. Get it directly from AMD/NVIDIA/Intel website, not from laptop manufacturer or Windows update.

All driver updated.

I uninstall it and reinstall again now the player stop responding and status is opening... and stay still for a minute then the video start but seems like it make windows hangup

Try MPC Video Renderer instead of MadVR.

MPC-HC options > Playback > Output > Video Renderer

If you have enabled the option to store player settings in INI files, then I recommend to disable that. MadVR tries to read from it which can cause some hang issues.

I wish to make madvr work because of high quality it provide. It is was working fine on windows 10 before I migrate to windows 11 but I have no idea what to do. I will try eleven forums
