It is ffdshow audio processor. The decoder is no longer being used.
You can access the settings this way:
Player menu > Play > Filters
If you use ffdshow purely for audio normalize, then I suggest to stop using ffdshow and use the normalize option in the audio switcher of MPC-HC instead.

It is because the player now loads the filter without it being registered. I might change that in future version to allow easier access to the settings.

Yes I`m use ffdshow for normalize and boost "voice" to 150% in 5.1/7.1 sounds.

Normalize and boosting voice can be done without ffdshow.

In LAV Audio Decoder:
- enable mixing to stereo
- set center mix level to 1.0
In MPC-HC:
Options > Internal Filters > Audio Switcher > Normalize
- enable mixing to stereo
- set center mix level to 1.0
In MPC-HC:
Options > Internal Filters > Audio Switcher > Normalize

Ok. Thank you. Need some test with different surround audio types.
PS: I think center mix level 1.0 not enough. 1.1 of even 1.2 will be better. Is there any way override this for testing purpose through registry tweak or config file manually edit? I dont want to mess with master volume.

Center mix level is 0.71 by default. Mathematically speaking 1.0 will DOUBLE the perceived audio volume. 1.0 is the maximum and it is not possible for you to increase it.
If the background sound effects are too loud relative to the voices, you can reduce Surround Mix Level.
