NotchLC Codec support Empty NotchLC Codec support

Would be great if you could support this codec, which is GPU accelerated.

It is used a lot by VJs these days and it would be great to play it back in MPC-HC.

Ok, thanks for you feedback.

In theory they support DirectShow, but I'm not sure why it does not show up.
