16.9.5 update slower to open than 16.9.0

When I updated my K-Lite Codec MEGA pack from 16.9.0 to 16.9.5, the latter seems to be slower to open.

I set the player to open in full screen. In 16.9.5, I can see the player first open in small size and blank before enlarging to full screen. In 16.9.0, the full screen opens immediately without showing the smaller size player. I reverted back to 16.9.0.

Fixed in 16.9.6. Thank you.
