i have this problem anymore. i have rx 580 but its has been when installed amd driver Adrenalin 22.3.2 Optional or when i update k lite codec pack.

please fix

Did it work with Adrenalin 22.3.1?

Does it happen with every video, or just HDR videos?

Try this:
MPC Video Renderer settings > disable "Use Direct3D 11"

yes its happening with all videos

btw where can i find these settings "MPC Video Renderer settings > disable "Use Direct3D 11"

You can find shortcut to "MPC Video Renderer" settings in your Windows Start menu.
