fps drop in mp4 video
hello. while playing a mp4 video file which is 23.976 fps with mpc-hc the fps keeps changing between 16 and 24 but windows media player runs at 60 fps and ffplay at constant 24 fps. i tried different renderers like evr, vmr9, vmr7 and old video renderer and disabling hardware acceleration but the stuttering won't go away. need help with this please

Re: fps drop in mp4 video
The file has bad timestamps that give this behavior.
With EVR-CP as renderer, use this:
Menu > View > Renderer Settings > Presentation > Enable frame time correction
With EVR-CP as renderer, use this:
Menu > View > Renderer Settings > Presentation > Enable frame time correction
