Trouble installing the latest update of K-Lite

When updating today to the latest version I am informed I do not have the priveleges to do so. I have tried installing as administrator and also re-installing a full version with the same response. I have never had an issue in the past. Can anyone offer advice?

Right-click on the installer and see if there is an "unblock" button in the properties. Windows may sometimes block downloaded files.

If that does not help, make a screenshot of the error for me.
